SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Due to each item being made to order, allow up to 2-4 weeks from your order date to receive tracking information. We try our best to ship out items as soon as they are ready.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when your item is shipped. Please allow some time for tracking information to be updated.
  • We are currently only shipping within the US. 


REFUND POLICY

  • All items are made to order and all sales are FINAL. Please be sure to check and verify all information is accurate and correct. Placed orders cannot be modified.
  • If there is a major problem, do contact us with your order number at animexthreadz@gmail.com. Once the order is cancelled you will need to place a new order with your correct information. No Returns or Exchanges.
  • In the event of a manufacture mistake, please contact us by sending your order number to animexthreadz@gmail.com. A new order will need to be placed once an order is cancelled with the correct information.


OPERATION HOURS

  • Customer support requests are only tended to on weekdays (Monday-Friday) with the exception of drop days. If you need a reply sooner, please include “URGENT” in your Subject.
  • Due to us being a small business, please be patient with the time it takes to receive a response, we try our best to get to your emails as quickly as possible.
